# SlongeHoops

SlongeHoops is a browser-based basketball play and drill designer for coaches. A coach draws a play by dragging from a player, watches it run on a court viewed from the top, isometric, sideline or baseline, and can put a rule-based simulated defense on it (in beta). It also makes player quizzes from a play, exports video, and organises plays into team playbooks. In drill mode the same editor puts training equipment on the court (cones, flat markers, chairs, agility ladders, hurdles, dummies, a ball rack), takes up to 12 players a side and two coaches, and classifies each drill by category, difficulty (beginner to elite) and age group (U8 to adult), with minutes, player and ball counts, coaching points and variations. On the paid plans it also plans practices: a week calendar of practices from 30 to 120 minutes, each filled with timed blocks of drills, plays and the coach's own text, with a "Fill the rest" suggestion built on fixed rules for the team's age group, a weekly schedule set once, multi-week focus blocks that step each practice from introduce through refine and apply to compete, 6 ready-made practices, coach notes that name their published source, and a printable sheet. It runs in any browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. It is made by slonge solutions in Switzerland.

- Players and viewers do not pay, and a shared play opens without an account.
