Payments

Subscriptions are sold by Stripe as the merchant of record, trading to customers as Link. A card statement for a SlongeHoops subscription reads LINK.COM*. Questions about a payment, an invoice or a refund can be raised with us at the address above, and Stripe holds the financial record.

Hosting

The website and the application are served by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). The database, sign-in and file storage are operated by Supabase Inc. in its Frankfurt, Germany region.

Dispute resolution

We are not obliged, and not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU’s online dispute resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025.

Images and content

Every diagram in the built-in library was drawn for this product. No team logos, club names, player likenesses or third-party diagrams are used anywhere on this site or in the application. Some of the sets in the library are well-known basketball plays described in our own words, as all basketball sets are someone’s work.
