Pass and Screen Away
One rule for the whole team: after you pass, go and screen for the player on the other side of the floor, then step back out to his spot. The man you screen for comes to the top for the next pass. Every pass creates a screen, and after each cycle the floor is back in the same five-out shape.

Phase by phase

1 passes to 2 and screens away for 3. 3 takes his man one step toward the baseline, then comes up past 1’s shoulder to the top. 1 steps back out to the wing.

Same rule the other way: 2 passes back to 3, 3 swings it on to 1 and screens away for 2. 2 comes up to the top and 3 steps out to the wing.

1 hits 2 at the top for the shot. If his man fought over the screen, 2 passes and screens away, and the rule keeps going.
