Three-Lane Passing
Three players run the floor in three lanes without crossing. The ball goes wing to middle and back, then middle to the other wing, every pass in front of a moving receiver. Past half court a wing goes in for the layup.

Coaching points
- Lead the receiver: the pass goes where he will be, not where he is.
- Stay wide in your lane; the middle player never drifts to one side.
- Hands up and call for it before the pass comes.
- Catch and pass on the run, no travelling.
