Rebounding War
Five defenders start in the paint, five attackers on the arc. The coach shoots; every defender finds a man and makes contact, four attackers crash and the point guard gets back. A defensive rebound becomes a fast break the other way.

Coaching points
- Find and hit first: make contact outside the paint before you look for the ball.
- Rebound everything, makes included; there is no out of bounds in this drill.
- Physical but clean: the coach resets on holding or pushing.
- After the rebound, chin it and outlet at once; the break starts with the first pass.
- Offense: crash from every angle, the point guard is the only one who gets back.
