4-Out Pass, Cut and Flash
Four players outside, one big inside. The passer cuts to the rim, the three behind the ball each fill one spot, and the big flashes into the high post the moment the lane is empty. The wing then feeds the flash and cuts himself, so the same two rules — pass and cut, cutter gone means flash — keep repeating.

1Phase 1
1 passes to the wing and cuts straight to the rim in front of his man. That is the give-and-go: if he is ahead of his man, 3 gives it right back.

2Phase 2
No layup, so 1 clears along the baseline to the empty wing and everybody behind the ball fills one spot. As soon as the lane is empty, 5 flashes to the high post and 3 hits him.

3Phase 3
Pass and cut again: 3 cuts to the rim and 5 feeds him. If it is not there, 3 clears to the other side, the floor fills behind him and the cycle starts again.
