5-on-0 Numbered Break
The whole team runs its primary break without defense. The 4 rebounds and outlets to the point guard, the wings sprint wide to the corners, the 5 sprints rim to rim, and the 4 trails. Ends with the entry to the 5 on the block or the swing to the trailer.

Coaching points
- Same lanes every time: wings wide to the corners, 5 rim to rim, 4 trails.
- Outlet early on the ball side; the point guard calls for it at the free-throw line extended.
- 5 sprints in a straight line and seals early, before the defense gets set.
- Look rim first, then the corner, then the trailer: the break ends with a good shot, not just a shot.

Variations
- Coach shoots a miss to start, so the 4 has to box out and rebound.
- Add three defenders who sprint back from the far end.
- Run it continuously: score, inbound, and go the other way.
