11-Man Break
Three attack two at one end. Whoever rebounds or steals outlets to a player stepping in from the sideline and those three go 3-on-2 the other way. Of the four left behind, two stay as the next defenders and two take the outlet spots. Eleven players keep it running non-stop. The diagram plays one trip and the start of the next, which finishes at the far basket.

Coaching points
- Offense: use the extra player. Middle stops at the free-throw line, wings run wide and cut at 45 degrees.
- Defense: stacked tandem. The top man stops the ball, the bottom man takes the first pass, the top man sprints to the rim.
- Outlet fast: the rebounder turns outside, the outlet steps in to meet the ball at the free-throw line extended.
- Pass ahead rather than dribble; the ball beats the defense up the floor.
- One shot per trip, then go the other way at once.

- Seven-man version in the half court: the rebounder steps out under the basket and inbounds to the next line.
- No-dribble 3-on-2 for advanced groups.
