Outlet and Fill the Lanes
Three players start at the far basket. The rebounder turns to the outside and outlets to the wing on his side, the wing hits the middle player, and all three sprint the lanes: ball in the middle, wings wide, then a cut to the rim and a layup at the near basket.

Coaching points
- Rebounder: chin the ball and pivot to the outside before the outlet, away from the pressure.
- Outlet receiver: get to the free-throw line extended with your back to the sideline, seeing the whole floor.
- Wings sprint wide, touching the sideline lane, and cut to the rim only at the free-throw line extended.
- The ball beats everyone up the floor: pass ahead rather than dribble.
