4-on-3 Rotation
Four offensive players around the arc against three defenders. With one man short, the defense has to rotate on every pass: the closest helper closes out, the others drop to split two offensive players each. Elite talk and effort, or the ball finds the open man.

Coaching points
- Move on the flight of the pass; the ball is faster than any late rotation.
- The closest helper closes out; the others split the two players nearest them.
- Closeouts are short and under control: contest the shot, contain the drive.
- Everybody talks: 'Ball!', 'I've got the skip!', 'I'm in the middle!'
