Hand-Off Shooting
The player at the top dribbles at the wing. The wing player walks his defender down toward the baseline, then comes back up hard, takes the hand-off and shoots. The hand-off man joins the wing line, the shooter rebounds and goes to the top line on the other side.

Coaching points
- Wing: walk down slowly, come back fast; the change of pace makes you open.
- Run close past the hand-off so there is no gap for a defender.
- Hand-off: hold the ball out in front with two hands, let the shooter take it.
- Catch with the feet already lined up to the rim and shoot in one motion.
