3-2-1 Shooting
Three shots per turn, each one closer: a three for 3 points, a mid-range jumper for 2, a shot in the lane for 1. The shooter rebounds every shot himself, then passes to the next in line. Groups race to 31.

- Pass to the next shooter's hands, ready to shoot.
- Count out loud so the whole group knows the score.

Variations
- Young players: elbow = 3, outside the lane = 2, inside the lane = 1.
- Shot fake before the mid-range jumper.
- Race to 21 or 41 instead of 31; or partners with one rebounding.
